1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk86 ("pk86", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the pk86 website at pk86.im and any associated mobile applications, services, products, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Your use of the pk86 Platform — including browsing, account creation, making deposits, placing bets, playing games, or claiming promotions — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

By using the pk86 Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of pk86, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not using the Platform on behalf of any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

pk86 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents will result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on pk86, you must create a registered account through the pk86 login and registration system. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk86 account credentials, including your password. pk86 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Accounts registered with false personal information, including falsified identification documents, will be closed immediately. Any funds in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in their entirety if fraud is confirmed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk86 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in PKR and no currency conversion fees are applied by pk86. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which pk86 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your pk86 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. pk86 does not guarantee specific deposit processing times, as these are subject to the operational timelines of the respective payment providers. In practice, JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum threshold as published on the Platform;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus offers are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• pk86 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, as determined by internal compliance procedures;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.

pk86 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. All such cases will be investigated and the Player notified of the outcome in a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk86 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and promotion-specific Terms, the promotion-specific Terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply across all pk86 promotional offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only, subject to any additional eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• pk86 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted;
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy wagering requirements, will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the pk86 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and fishing games — operate according to individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant game information page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

All slot and RNG-based games on pk86 use a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

For sports betting, including PSL cricket and international cricket markets, the following conditions apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds may change before confirmation is processed;

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk86 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on pk86;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to derive financial benefit;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets through collusion, match-fixing, or any other means;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially illegal activity;
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your pk86 account;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform security measures;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's operation or the experience of other Players.

pk86 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pk86 reserves the right to report relevant information to appropriate authorities in addition to taking internal disciplinary action.

8 Responsible Gaming

pk86 operates strictly as an entertainment platform for adults aged 21 and above. Real-money gaming carries inherent financial risk, and Players should only wager amounts they can comfortably afford to lose as part of their leisure budget.

pk86 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no charge and with no waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your pk86 account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after defined session lengths to encourage regular breaks;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period;

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the pk86 Platform without express prior written consent from pk86.

Any unauthorised use of pk86 intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action. Third-party game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to pk86 for distribution on the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk86 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security;

• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content published on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies;
• Any decisions made by you in connection with your use of the Platform, including wagering decisions.

pk86's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk86's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Termination

You may close your pk86 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

pk86 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at pk86 staff or other Players;
• Account inactivity in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy;
• Regulatory or legal requirements requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by pk86 due to confirmed breach of these Terms, pk86 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as compensation for losses or damages incurred. Players will be notified of the reason for closure except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, bet settlement, bonus calculation, or other Platform matter, Players should follow the procedure below:

3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with pk86's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory or dispute resolution body under the Platform's operating licence framework.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law. Any disputes not resolved through the above procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk86 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or via an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the pk86 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
